The TCM20X80S Stepper Motor is a NEMA 23 frame hybrid stepper motor designed for precision motion control. With a step angle of 1.8°, it features 4-phase operation, supporting bipolar drive configurations via dual H-bridge drivers. The motor operates within a wide voltage range (12-48VDC) and temperature range (-20°C to +85°C), making it suitable for industrial automation, CNC machinery, and robotics. Its 80S hybrid design combines permanent magnets and variable reluctance for high torque (up to 2.0Nm holding torque) and smooth low-speed performance. Compatible with standard STEP/DIR control interfaces, it supports microstepping up to 25600 steps/rev. While offering excellent positional accuracy and minimal vibration, its torque decreases at higher speeds. The compact NEMA 23 frame (56.4mm square face) integrates seamlessly with motion control modules, though external encoders may be required for closed-loop applications.
